Pollyanna Workshops: Learning, Leading, and Building Stronger and Kinder Communities

At Pollyanna, we design workshops, for either in person or on Zoom, to inspire reflection, growth, and action. Our programs bring together educators, students, and community leaders to explore critical topics like inclusion, social-emotional learning, civic engagement, and leadership development.  Workshops are interactive, research-informed, and tailored to help participants build skills and strategies they can bring back to their schools, classrooms, and communities.

Our upcoming 2025–26 Workshop Series continues this work with an exciting lineup of sessions designed to equip educators and students with tools to foster inclusive, empowered, and resilient communities. Topics include:

– Belonging Through Shared Humanity

– Leading Through Complexity: A Strategic Approach to Tackling Big Challenges

– It Takes Just One: How Educators Can Transform the Lives of LGBTQ+ Students

– The Pluralism Pit: Why this Framework Excludes

– Advancing DEI for Trustees & Board Members

– Partnering for Belonging: Parents as Partners in Fostering Inclusive School Communities

Whether in-person or virtual, Pollyanna workshops are designed to equip participants with actionable strategies and inspire tangible change. Explore the full 2025–26 lineup and register for sessions here.
