Pollyanna is a national nonprofit helping academic and other institutions achieve their diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.

Assessments

Community and organization-wide assessments, and curriculum assessments collect and synthesize feedback pertaining to inclusivity, along with the guidance needed to implement systemic change.

Curriculum

Pollyanna’s free K-8 Racial Literacy Curriculum is designed to help students gain knowledge about race as it has been constructed in the United States.

Workshops

A range of trainings and workshops aimed at supporting educators, families, or executives in driving intentional change across their institutions.

“Working with Pollyanna has greatly enriched our DEI work. Resonating with faculty, staff, students and parents alike, they bring both depth and optimism to the work, championing continuous learning and meaningful connection throughout.”

– Lorri Hamilton Durbin, Head of School, Town School for Boys
